The plugin includes property listings, agents, public search tools, individual property pages, image galleries, contact information, interactive maps, featured property carousels and real estate statistics from a single administration area. It can also optionally synchronize properties with the collaborative ViveSol.es real estate network through a free API. ViveSol Inmo Connect works without a ViveSol account and without an API key. API synchronization is disabled by default and can only be enabled manually by the site administrator. #### Available shortcodes The plugin includes the following shortcodes: * `[vivesol_map]` – Displays an interactive property map when OpenStreetMap maps have been enabled by the site administrator. * `[vivesol_grid_listings]` – Displays a public property grid with advanced filters. * `[vivesol_search]` – Displays a standalone property search form and shows matching results after searching. * `[vivesol_single_listing]` – Displays a single property page. * `[vivesol_data_agency]` – Displays agency contact details. * `[vivesol_featured_carousel]` – Displays a carousel of featured properties. * `[vivesol_agents]` – Displays public real estate agents. #### Optional ViveSol API synchronization The plugin can optionally synchronize property data with the collaborative ViveSol real estate network. This feature is disabled by default. It only works when the site administrator enables the API connection, enters a valid API key and accepts the consent text shown in the plugin settings. When enabled, the plugin sends property data to ViveSol so the properties can be published in the collaborative real estate network. The data sent may include: * Source website URL. * Source property URL. * Property ID. * Property reference or title. * Transaction type. * Property type. * Price and price visibility status. * Number of bedrooms. * Number of bathrooms. * Square meters. * Property description. * Contact phone. * Agency email. * Agency WhatsApp number. * Province, state or region. * Latitude and longitude. * External listing URL status. * Featured property status. * Property publication status. * Property image URLs. No data is sent to ViveSol until the site administrator manually enables the API connection. When a plugin user manually subscribes Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar to the private ICS URL, that provider requests calendar data from the WordPress site. The feed may contain appointment times, property title and reference, assigned agent, location and the public property URL. It never includes the client name, phone, email or private notes. Calendar subscription is optional, read-only and can be revoked at any time by regenerating the private URL from the Agenda screen. #### ViveSol API Service URL: https://vivesol.es Purpose: optional property synchronization with the ViveSol real estate network, optional mortgage simulator link and optional public integration badge. When the site administrator enables API synchronization and enters a valid API key, property and agency data is sent to ViveSol so the properties can be published in the collaborative real estate network. The API connection is disabled by default and requires an explicit action from the site administrator. The optional mortgage simulator link and the public “Integrated with ViveSol.es” badge are disabled by default. They are only displayed when the site administrator enables them from the plugin settings. These links do not send data automatically. The visitor’s browser only connects to ViveSol.es when the visitor clicks them. The plugin includes Leaflet locally. OpenStreetMap maps are disabled by default and require explicit acceptance by the site administrator from the setup wizard or the plugin settings. When this option is disabled, public maps are hidden, admin map fields show a local notice and the plugin does not make map tile requests to OpenStreetMap. When this option is enabled, maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers only when a map view is displayed. Add your properties. 6. Insert the required shortcodes on your website pages. ## FAQ ### Do I need a ViveSol account to use the plugin? No. The plugin works without a ViveSol account and without an API key. Property management, listings, agents, agency details and optional maps can be used directly from WordPress. ### Is ViveSol API synchronization required? No. API synchronization is optional and disabled by default. ### What happens when I enable the ViveSol API? When API synchronization is enabled and a valid API key is entered, property data can be sent to ViveSol.es for publication in the collaborative real estate network. ### Can I use the plugin only on my own website? Yes. You can use ViveSol Inmo Connect as a standalone real estate plugin without enabling the ViveSol API. ### Does the plugin include Leaflet? Yes. Leaflet is included locally in the plugin. ### Does the plugin load maps from an external service? Only after explicit acceptance. OpenStreetMap maps are disabled by default. When the site administrator enables the “Enable interactive OpenStreetMap maps” option, the plugin loads maps only when a map view is displayed. ### Can I manage real estate agents? Yes. The plugin includes agent management and a shortcode to display public agents. ### Can I show properties with filters? Yes.
