to go!

 * Major rewrite: adopted namespaced class architecture under `lsx\currencies\classes`.
 * Replaced Gulp build tooling with wp-scripts.
 * Added Currency Switcher Gutenberg block (replaces legacy widget/shortcode).
 * Exchange rates now persisted in a regular option so a failed API request never
   wipes cached values.
 * Added WooCommerce and FacetWP integration classes.
 * Requires WordPress 7.0+ and PHP 8.0+.
