## Description

**Import, sync and migrate your entire property catalog into WordPress — free.**

ListingKit is a free real-estate **property import plugin** that brings listings
from almost anywhere — CSV, XML, live feeds, portals, CRMs, or another WordPress
site — into your site and publishes them as **native properties** for your theme,
photos and all. No developer, no copy-paste, no duplicate typing.

[ListingPress](https://listingpress.io) powers the ListingKit plugin, bridging elite
AI automation with native WordPress listing databases.

Point it at a file, a feed URL, or another site, confirm the column mapping (it’s
filled in for you automatically), and click import. That’s it.

> **ListingKit is made by [ListingPress](https://listingpress.io).** The plugin
> is 100% free and does all the importing on its own. Connect a free ListingPress
> account only when you want the AI and automation add-ons (unique AI descriptions,
> scheduled auto-sync, lead capture). _ListingKit = the free WordPress plugin. ListingPress
> = the service behind it._

**See it in action** — [watch the quick walkthrough on YouTube »](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lc9ajrc868A)

#### Perfect for

 * **Real-estate agencies & brokers** moving a portal or CRM catalog onto a new
   WordPress site.
 * **Houzez, RealHomes and WPResidence** users who want listings as native properties,
   not a messy paste.
 * **WordPress developers & freelancers** building property sites for clients on
   a deadline.
 * **Anyone migrating themes** — e.g. RealHomes Houzez — without losing data.
 * **Sites that pull a live feed** (Kyero, Property Finder, Resales-Online, REDSP)
and need it to stay in sync.
 * **US real-estate agents & brokers** importing from their MLS over the RESO Web
API — MLS Grid, Trestle (CoreLogic), Spark or Bridge.

#### Why ListingKit?

 * **Import from truly any source** — files, live feeds, portals, CRMs, or site-
   to-site.
 * **Native listings, not shortcodes** — full Houzez / RealHomes / WPResidence fields,
   taxonomies and galleries.
 * **Automatic field mapping** — a built-in dictionary (English, Spanish, Portuguese,
French) fills the mapping in for you.
 * **Gentle on shared hosting** — imports run in small background batches; big catalogs
   import steadily.
 * **Read-only on the source** — the plugin never changes the site or feed you import
   from.
 * **No lock-in, no account needed** — manual importing is free forever.
 * **Optional AI + automation** — unique descriptions and scheduled sync when you
   want them, via ListingPress.

#### Features: import from any source

 * **CSV files** — any spreadsheet export from a CRM or portal.
 * **XML files** — saved exports of any shape.
 * **Live XML feeds** — paste a feed URL; new listings keep arriving on later runs.
 * **Portal & CRM feeds, auto-detected** — **Kyero**, **Resales-Online**, **Property
Finder** and **REDSP** (v3, v3 Extended and v4) are recognised and mapped in
   one click.
 * **CRM & MLS APIs** — pull listings straight from an API, no feed file needed:**
Pixxi CRM**, **Property Finder** (Enterprise API) and **US MLS via the RESO Web
API** (**MLS Grid**, **Trestle / CoreLogic**, **Spark**, **Bridge**). These connect
   through a free ListingPress account.
 * **Site-to-site (WordPress WordPress)** — copy listings from another WordPress
real-estate site, including **RealHomes Houzez** and **Houzez Houzez** migrations,
   with custom fields carried over.

Whether your data lives in Kyero, Resales-Online, Property Finder, Pixxi CRM, a
US MLS (RESO), a REDSP feed, an IDX/CSV/XML export, or another WordPress real-estate
site, ListingKit maps it and imports it for you.

#### Theme compatibility

Listings are created as proper properties for your theme:

 * **Houzez** — fully-mapped native listings: type, status, beds, baths, size, plot,
price, location/map, features, energy rating, custom fields and the photo gallery.
 * **RealHomes** — native listings incl. year built, plot/lot size, energy rating
   and assigned agent.
 * **WPResidence** — native `estate_property` listings, incl. the assigned agent.
 * **Any other theme** — a clean, complete listing page with the details and gallery.

The active theme is detected automatically — the same import lands natively wherever
you run it.

#### Automatic field mapping

A built-in dictionary matches your columns to the right fields — including common
Spanish, Portuguese and French names — so mapping is usually a quick confirmation,
not a chore. Columns that don’t match a standard field can be mapped to your **Houzez
Fields Builder custom fields**, or sent to “Additional details” — you adjust anything
before importing.

#### AI descriptions — why AI, and how it helps

When you import listings, the portal descriptions are **identical to what’s already
on hundreds of other websites**. Google calls that **duplicate content**, and it
quietly buries your listings — so your beautiful new site doesn’t rank.

Connect a free ListingPress account and **Rewrite with AI** turns each imported
description into **unique, SEO-friendly copy**, so search engines treat your listings
as original. More original content = a better shot at ranking = more enquiries.
Free accounts include AI rewriting on your first listings; paid ListingPress plans
add unlimited rewriting.

#### Automatic synchronization (scheduled auto-sync)

Your first import is a one-time job — but a property catalog is a living thing:
new listings appear, prices change, properties sell. With a ListingPress plan you
can put your source on a **schedule (hourly, twice-daily or daily)** and ListingKit
keeps your site current automatically — new listings added, sold ones updated, prices
corrected — with **no one at the keyboard**. Re-runs are smart: unchanged listings
are skipped, and your manual edits (drafts, deletions) are respected.

#### Typical workflow: Houzez Houzez migration

 1. Install ListingKit on **both** the old site and the new Houzez site (free).
 2. On the **source** site, open Settings ListingKit and copy the export key.
 3. On the **new** site, open **Property Import Another WordPress site**, paste the
    source URL + key.
 4. Click **Start import** — properties, photos, features, taxonomies and custom fields
    transfer as native Houzez listings.
 5. (Optional) **Connect a free ListingPress account** and enable **Rewrite with AI**
so the migrated descriptions are unique.

The same flow works for RealHomes Houzez, or for a CSV/XML/feed source.

#### Free vs Pro

**Free (this plugin, no account needed):**

 * Unlimited manual imports from CSV, XML, live feeds, portals, CRMs and other sites
 * Native Houzez / RealHomes / WPResidence publishing + automatic field mapping
 * Site-to-site migration (incl. RealHomes Houzez) with custom fields
 * Duplicate cleanup, SEO alt text, background batching
 * A few AI-rewritten descriptions to try

**Pro (with a ListingPress account, listingpress.io):**

 * **Unlimited AI-rewritten, duplicate-free descriptions**
 * **Scheduled automatic synchronization** (hourly / daily)
 * **Buyer lead-capture** pages
 * **Property brochure** generator (branded PDFs)

### External services

This plugin can connect to **ListingPress** (https://listingpress.io), operated
by ListingPress, but only when you choose to use the connected-account features.
It works fully for manual importing without any account or external connection.

The plugin contacts ListingPress in these cases, and only these:

 1. **When you click “Connect a free account”.** The plugin creates a WordPress Application
Password on your site and sends it, together with your site URL and username, to
ListingPress so your site can be linked to your account. This happens once, only
    when you click Connect.
 2. **When you enable “Rewrite with AI” during an import.** For each listing being
rewritten, the plugin sends that listing’s title and description to ListingPress,
which returns a rewritten description. This happens only while an import with AI
    rewriting is running.
 3. **Plan status refresh, only while an account is connected.** So the screen shows
your current plan after an upgrade or cancellation, the plugin asks ListingPress
for your plan status when you open the import screen (at most once per hour). This
request contains your connection token only — no site content is sent.

If you never connect an account, the plugin makes no contact with ListingPress at
all. Disconnecting your account (from your ListingPress account page, or by deleting
the plugin) stops all of the above.

When you import from a feed URL or another website, the plugin fetches data from
the address **you** provide — those sites are your own sources, not a ListingPress
service.

## Installation

#### Install the plugin

 1. In WordPress admin, go to **Plugins Add New** and search for **“ListingKit – AI
Property Import”**, then click **Install** and **Activate**. (Or upload the plugin
ZIP via **Plugins Add New Upload Plugin**.)
 2. Open the new **Property Import** menu in the admin sidebar.

#### Run your first import

 1. Choose a source — a **CSV/XML file**, a **feed URL** (Kyero, Property Finder, Resales-
Online, REDSP…), a **Pixxi CRM** account, or **another WordPress site**.
 2. Confirm the suggested field mapping (map any extra columns to your Houzez custom
fields if you like) and click **Start import**.
 3. Watch it publish native listings with photos. Large catalogs import steadily in
    the background.

#### Unlock AI + auto-sync (optional)

 1. Click **Connect a free account** to link ListingPress, then enable **Rewrite with
AI** for unique, SEO-friendly descriptions — and set a schedule for automatic synchronization
    on a paid plan.

#### Site-to-site (e.g. Houzez Houzez)

Install ListingKit on both sites, copy the export key from **Settings ListingKit**
on the source site, then on the destination choose **Property Import Another WordPress
site** and paste the source URL + key.

## FAQ

### Is ListingKit free?

Yes. Importing from CSV, XML, feeds, portals, CRMs and other WordPress sites is
free, forever, with no account required. A free ListingPress account adds AI-rewritten
descriptions; paid ListingPress plans add unlimited AI and scheduled auto-sync.

### What’s the difference between ListingKit and ListingPress?

**ListingKit** is this free WordPress plugin — it does all the importing, mapping
and publishing on your site. **ListingPress** (https://listingpress.io) is the service
behind it that powers the optional AI descriptions, scheduled synchronization and
lead capture when you connect a free account.

### Do I need an account to import?

No. Manual importing works with no account and no external connection. An account
only adds the AI and automation features.

### Which portals, CRMs and feeds can I import from?

CSV and XML files, live XML feed URLs, and these auto-detected formats: **Kyero**,**
Resales-Online**, **Property Finder**, and **REDSP** (v3, v3 Extended and v4). You
can also connect a **Pixxi CRM** account and pull from its API, or copy listings
from **another WordPress site** (including RealHomes Houzez). Most other portal,
IDX and CRM exports work too via CSV/XML — mapping is filled in for you automatically.

### Which themes are supported?

**Houzez**, **RealHomes** and **WPResidence** get native, fully-mapped listings.
On any other theme, listings publish as clean standard pages with the details and
photo gallery.

### Can I migrate from RealHomes to Houzez (or Houzez to Houzez)?

Yes. Install ListingKit on both sites and use **Property Import Another WordPress
site**. RealHomes fields are translated to Houzez automatically, and Houzez custom
fields (from Fields Builder) are carried over and recreated on the destination.

### Can I map columns to my Houzez custom fields?

Yes. On a Houzez site, your Houzez Fields Builder custom fields appear as mapping
targets, so a CSV/XML/feed column can be sent straight into the right custom field.

### Will a big import slow down or break my site?

No. Imports run in small background batches, so large catalogs import steadily without
overwhelming shared hosting. Leave the page and it pauses; come back and it continues.

### Does it change the site I import from?

Never. Source sites and feeds are accessed read-only.

### What is “AI rewriting” for and why would I want it?

Portal descriptions are identical across many sites, which can trigger a search-
engine **duplicate-content** penalty. AI rewriting turns each description into unique
copy so your site reads as original and has a better chance to rank.

### Is my data safe?

Yes. The optional connection uses a revocable WordPress Application Password (not
your main login). See the **External services** section above for exactly what is
sent and when.

### 󠀁[A Game-Changer for Effortless Property Migration and Unique Content](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/a-game-changer-for-effortless-property-migration-and-unique-content/)󠁿

 [Shaif Bin Kalim](https://profiles.wordpress.org/sbkalim/) 🍂 🔟 15, 2026

"If you are looking for a reliable WordPress property import plugin, ListingKit
is an absolute game-changer. I used it to handle a massive real estate migration,
moving listings directly into the Houzez theme, and it mapped all custom fields,
photos, and taxonomies without a single error. The core property listing import
tool is completely free and works seamlessly with CSV and XML feeds. What really
sets it apart is the built-in AI rewriting feature—it automatically refreshes property
descriptions so you don't run into duplicate content issues. It's easily one of
the best tools for PropTech developers and agents managing real estate websites
today."

## Changelog

#### 1.31.12

 * Added: image optimization on import (on by default) — large photos are resized
to a web-friendly size and recompressed, and heavy PNG property photos are converted
to JPEG, so listings load faster and use far less storage. A single toggle on
the import screen turns it off if you prefer to keep originals untouched.
 * Added: the import preview now shows how many properties a file or feed contains(
for example “Kyero feed detected with 200 properties”) before you map the columns.
 * Improved: image-heavy imports (feeds with 20+ photos per property) no longer
stall on managed or LiteSpeed hosts — photos now download in small, resumable
chunks with no duplicates, so large catalogs finish reliably instead of getting
   stuck part-way.
 * Improved: galleries are no longer limited to 20 photos per property on feed and
file imports — the full gallery is imported.
 * Improved: Stop now takes effect immediately, even in the middle of downloading
a property’s photos, instead of finishing the current property first.
 * Improved: when a one-click connect fails, the message now includes the underlying
reason instead of a generic error, making connection issues easier to diagnose.
 * Fixed: on image-heavy feeds the progress counter could report brand-new listings
as “updated” instead of “imported”. The counts are accurate now (the listings
   themselves were always imported correctly).
 * Fixed: a very large feed could be re-downloaded on every retry before the import
made progress; it is now fetched once per pass.

#### 1.31.11

 * Added: sites running a theme that isn’t Houzez, RealHomes or WpResidence can
now import too — the plugin registers a basic “property” post type as a fallback
and the wizard shows a clear note explaining what will and won’t map, instead
   of silently landing listings nowhere.
 * Improved: the “Studio vs no-bedroom” self-heal (added for Houzez in 1.31.10)
now also applies to RealHomes and WpResidence — re-importing corrects any land,
plot, farm or commercial listing previously mislabelled with a bedroom count
   on those themes.
 * Improved: the “WordPress site to site” migration tile is now hidden unless the
destination site runs Houzez, since that path only writes Houzez properties —
removing a dead-end option on other themes.
 * Fixed: importing a Property Finder XML feed where a listing’s reference field
was blank left the Property ID empty; it now falls back to the feed’s unique
listing id so every property gets an ID.

#### 1.31.10

 * Fixed: zero-bedroom properties (land, plots, farms, commercial) were being labelled“
Studio”. Only genuine studios are labelled Studio now; a property with no bedrooms
shows no bedroom count. Land, farm and commercial types never carry a bedroom
label at all, whatever the feed sends. Re-importing corrects any listing that
   was previously mislabelled.

#### 1.31.9

 * Fixed: if you chose “AI SEO Rewrite” but hadn’t connected an account yet, Start
import quietly imported the raw text. It now pauses and offers to connect a free
account first (so you get unique descriptions), recheck an existing connection,
or import the raw text on purpose — no more silent fallback.

#### 1.31.8

 * Improved: the AI SEO Rewrite choice is now shown up front on the import screen
as a clear two-option block — “AI SEO Rewrite” (recommended, unique Google-safe
copy) vs “Raw Feed Copy” — instead of a small checkbox, so you make an informed
choice before importing. Raw import stays fully available with no account.
 * Improved: the free-plan notice on the import screen now leads with reassurance
plus a benefit-driven tip about unique AI descriptions (instead of a blunt warning),
and the wizard auto-detects when you connect a free account in another tab (enables
AI without a manual page refresh).
 * Improved: a new post-import completion screen — when an AI-rewritten import finishes
it shows a before/after of your first listing and a one-click link to the 8-in-
1 Marketing Kit; when a raw import finishes it flags the duplicate-content risk
and, for connected accounts, can rewrite those already-imported listings with
AI in one click (originals are preserved, so it stays reversible).

#### 1.31.7

 * Added: a way to bring back properties that were deleted on the site but still
exist at the source — clears the “deleted” markers so the next full re-import
re-creates them fresh from the feed/API, with images re-downloaded. (Deleting
a listing normally tombstones it so re-imports don’t undo a deliberate removal.)

#### 1.31.6

 * Improved: on the import screen, the “New listing status” dropdown and its “Make
this default” checkbox now sit on the same row for a tidier layout. No behaviour
   change.

#### 1.31.5

 * Added: a “Make this the default for new imports” checkbox next to New listing
status, so you can set (for example) “Pending review” once and have every future
import start with it pre-selected. Saved per site; applies across browsers and
devices. Default off — existing behaviour is unchanged.

#### 1.31.4

 * Added: a “New listing status” import option — Published (default), Pending review,
or Draft — so imports can be routed through admin approval (e.g. the Houzez seller-
submission flow). Applies to new listings only; anything you later publish or
change keeps its status on re-imports. Your choice (and the other contact options)
is remembered for the next import.
 * Improved: file/feed imports now auto-detect an “Author” column and default the
listing owner to “Author from feed” (still overridable). A column named author/
seller/owner maps to the listing owner automatically.
 * Improved: Property Finder commercial listings now also carry their parent category(“
Commercial”) in addition to the sub-type (Shop, Office, Warehouse…), so a search
by the parent category finds them.
 * Added: a one-time re-map tool so a mapping fix (e.g. studios, commercial category)
can be applied to listings that were imported before the fix, without re-downloading
   images.

#### 1.31.3

 * Fixed: a regression in 1.31.0–1.31.2 where the CSV/XML column-mapping screen
could load blank after starting a new import (the ownership/contact options weren’t
initialised on a fresh import). Manual file/feed imports work again.

#### 1.31.2

 * Improved: Property Finder XML auto-mapping now detects the nested **agent** fields(
name, email, phone, photo) and the **rental_period** (price postfix) automatically—
no more manual mapping, and the agent name no longer mis-maps to Title. Rental-
period codes (M/Y/W/D) display as month/year/week/day.

#### 1.31.1

 * Improved: clearer “Ownership & contact” options on the import screen — a “Listing
owner” choice (connected account, or the author from the feed’s mapped “Author”
column) and a “Contact Information” selector (Author info / Agent info / Agency
info / Do not display). The layout now matches between the plugin and the ListingPress
   app.

#### 1.31.0

 * New: **assign imported listings to a WordPress user (owner)**. Map a “Property
owner” column (email, username or user ID) to set each listing’s author per row—
so it appears in that seller’s “My Properties” — or assign all listings to one
user. Works for CSV, XML and feed imports.
 * New: **agent columns for CSV/XML** — map Agent name / email / phone / photo,
with match-by name or email and link / create / skip. The agent-assignment options
are now available for manual CSV and XML imports too (previously feed/API only).
 * New: **contact-box display choice** — pick what each listing shows as its contact(
the owner/author, the assigned agent, the agency, or nothing). Adapts per theme:
Houzez has all options, RealHomes has author/agent, WPResidence shows the linked
   agent.
 * All of the above are optional and default to how imports work today.

#### 1.30.0

 * Fixed: **studio apartments** now import correctly. Property Finder sends a studio’s
bedrooms as the word “studio” (not 0), which was being stripped out and left
the listing with a wrong/blank bedroom count. Studios (and any source sending
0 bedrooms) now map to your theme’s “Studio” bedroom option; normal bedroom counts
   are unchanged.
 * Improved: imported photos are explicitly set to standard readable file permissions(
0644) right after saving. On some hosts (e.g. LiteSpeed with a restrictive umask)
downloaded images could be saved unreadable, so the server returned “403 Forbidden”
and the pictures didn’t show even though they imported. This prevents that.

#### 1.29.0

 * New: import from **Alto (Vebra)** via the Client Feed Export API. Connect a free
ListingPress account, enter your Alto data feed id, username and password, and
your whole catalogue imports natively to Houzez, RealHomes or WPResidence — room
details, EPC ratings, coordinates and the full photo set mapped for you, with
   unique AI-rewritten descriptions and scheduled syncing. Richer than a BLM file;
sale vs let is detected automatically.
 * Fixed: **BLM feeds** now read the field (EOF) and record (EOR) separators declared
in the file’s #HEADER# instead of assuming one fixed pair. Standard Rightmove-
format exports (used by Alto, Reapit, Jupix, Loop and others) use “^” and “~”,
which previously failed to parse; the reader now handles every vendor’s separators
   correctly.

#### 1.28.0

 * Improved: imported listings now assign the source’s agent on **RealHomes** and**
WpResidence** too (previously Houzez only). The agent is matched (by name or
email) or created and linked as a native agent — RealHomes `agent`, WpResidence`
estate_agent` — honoring the same assignment options (agent vs author, link /
create / skip). A re-sync also backfills the agent onto older listings that don’t
   have one yet.

#### 1.27.0

 * Improved: AI description rewriting is now more accurate and trustworthy. The
amenities list is reproduced verbatim from the source (never embellished, invented,
reordered or dropped), the AI writes only the descriptive prose around it, and
it now keeps genuine incentives (e.g. “1 month free”), states furnishing status
and size, avoids unverifiable claims and made-up distances, and still strips
promo shouting, agency-fee notes and contact details.

#### 1.26.0

 * Improved: imports now size each batch automatically. On slower or memory-limited
hosts, an image-heavy listing can make a batch run long enough to be cut off
mid-way; the importer now detects that and shrinks the batch for the rest of
the run (down to one listing at a time if needed), then returns to normal on
the next run. Large, photo-dense feeds finish reliably on their own — no manual“
   Low Resource mode” needed.

#### 1.25.2

 * Fixed: the “Regenerate with AI” option under Original descriptions now appears
on any connected account, not only right after a rewrite-enabled import — it
resolves the AI credentials from your linked ListingPress account, so you can
always restore or regenerate saved originals.
 * Improved: Property Finder syncs now report when the next full sweep is due, so
it’s visible at a glance instead of hidden in internal settings.

#### 1.25.1

 * Improved: AI description rewriting is now content-aware — each listing’s own
facts (type, location, beds/baths/size, key features, sale/rent) are sent alongside
the text, so the AI writes from the real property and produces sharper, more
   accurate copy.
 * Fixed: a scheduled import could occasionally stay stuck showing “running”/”paused”
without finishing on hosts that don’t self-run background tasks. A fresh scheduled
run now keeps its job association so ListingPress can drive it straight through
   to completion.
 * Improved: scheduled Property Finder syncs now run a full sweep about twice a
day (roughly every 12 hours) instead of once, so edits and removed listings are
picked up sooner. Hourly runs between sweeps stay fast (new listings only).

#### 1.25.0

 * New: **Agent assignment options.** Choose whether each imported listing shows
the agent named in the feed (default) or your own account (author), whether to
match existing agents by **name** (default) or **email**, and whether unmatched
agents are created, reused only, or always created new. Defaults exactly match
previous behavior, so existing imports are unaffected.
 * New: **AI rewrite now preserves the original description**, plus a **Restore /
Regenerate** tool. When “Rewrite with AI” replaces a listing’s description on
first import, the original source text is kept. From the Property Import screen
you can then **Restore** the original copy (free) or **Regenerate** fresh AI
descriptions from the originals across your catalog. No effect when rewrite is
   off.
 * Fixed: feed image classification tags (e.g. Kyero `images/image/tags/tag` = floorplan/
epc) are no longer mis-suggested as **Labels** during field mapping — image-nested
fields now only ever map to the photo gallery.

#### 1.24.0

 * New: optional “remove listings no longer in the feed” reconcile. When a property
that was previously imported disappears from your source feed (sold, expired
or withdrawn), ListingKit can now automatically set it to Draft or move it to
Trash at the end of a complete full sync — keeping your website catalog in step
with the feed. Off by default (listings are never removed unless you turn it
on). It only ever acts on a complete full sweep, never on a partial, incremental
or interrupted run, and never when the feed comes back suspiciously short — so
a temporary feed hiccup can’t unpublish your live listings. Manual listings you
   added yourself are never touched.

#### 1.23.5

 * Improved: scheduled Property Finder (Enterprise API) syncs now fetch only the
newest listings each run instead of re-scanning the whole catalog, so hourly
sync stays fast and reliable even for large catalogs. A full sweep still runs
about once a day to pick up edits and removals; manual imports remain full.
 * Fixed: the import summary no longer shows a confusing “no agent was named — contact
support” note on routine syncs where every listing already has its agent.

#### 1.23.4

 * Fixed: Property Finder agent assignment now works on Houzez installs that use
the newer `houzez_agent` post type (as well as older ones using `agent`). Previously
agents were only ever looked up under the old name, so on newer Houzez every
listing stayed under the account even though the agent was in the feed. Re-run
your import once after updating to assign agents across your catalog.

#### 1.23.3

 * Fixed: Property Finder (Enterprise API) agent assignment now actually links listings
to their agent. The agent lookup used the wrong query parameter, so no agent
details came back and every listing stayed under the account. It now matches
your existing Houzez agents (creating any that are missing). Re-run your import
once after updating — already-imported listings pick up their agent automatically,
   without a full re-import.

#### 1.23.2

 * Fixed: a Property Finder import could stall at the start when listings identify
their agent by id — the agent lookup was made once per listing, which overwhelmed
the first batch. Each page now resolves all its agents in a single lookup, so
   imports run smoothly again.

#### 1.23.1

 * Fixed: Property Finder (Enterprise API) agent assignment now also works when
a listing carries only the agent’s id (no inline name) — the agent’s name, email,
phone and photo are looked up from the Property Finder Users API, so listings
are linked to the right agent instead of the connected account. Re-run your import
once after updating to apply it to existing listings.
 * New: the import summary now reports how many listings named an agent and how
many were linked or created, so it’s clear whether agent assignment is working.

#### 1.23.0

 * Improved: large imports now finish on their own — no more stopping between batches.
Previously the next batch relied on your host’s background scheduler (WP-Cron),
which many managed hosts block, so an import could stall until you nudged it.
It now continues from the ListingPress dashboard, from the scheduled sync, and
even from ordinary visits to your site (processed quietly in the background,
so no page is ever slowed). No settings to change.
 * New: Property Finder (Enterprise API) imports now assign each property to the
agent it’s assigned to in Property Finder, matching your existing Houzez agents
by name (creating the agent — with their email, phone and photo — if you don’t
have them yet), instead of putting every listing under the connecting account.
The listing then shows that agent’s contact card.
 * New: when your site is connected to a ListingPress account, the plugin now reports
each import’s result (imported/updated/failed and any error message) back to
ListingPress, so support can see your import health and help you faster — without
ever needing to log in to your WordPress. Nothing about your listings’ content
leaves your site; only the run summary is sent.

#### 1.22.3

 * Fixed: Property Finder (Enterprise API) imports returned no listings — the query
used a listing state (“published”) the API does not recognise, so nothing matched.
It now requests live listings, which is the correct state.

#### 1.22.2

 * Fixed: Property Finder (Enterprise API) imports now read each listing’s city,
area and map coordinates by resolving its location, so they work across every
Property Finder market (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and more) — not only the UAE.
Previously the map pin could be empty and non-UAE listings imported without a
   city.

#### 1.22.1

 * New: the in-WordPress import wizard now offers BLM feeds (Rightmove, Jupix, Alto,
Reapit) as a source, and auto-detects yes/no amenity/label columns (pool, new
build, garden…) so they map themselves.
 * Fixed: some import settings (metric m² sizes, and the newer title/flag options)
were dropped when saving an import in the wizard. They are now kept, so a Kyero
import keeps m², normalises For Sale / For Rent, and builds titles automatically.

#### 1.22.0

 * New: import from BLM feeds — the UK’s standard agent-software export used by
Rightmove, and produced by systems such as Jupix, Alto and Reapit. Pick “UK —
BLM”, paste the feed link, and the fields are recognised and mapped for you,
so a whole UK agency catalogue imports with no manual mapping.
 * New: automatic listing titles for feeds that carry no title of their own (like
Kyero). Each title is built from that property’s own data — homes lead with bedrooms,
land and commercial with size — and the property type is kept exactly as your
feed writes it (e.g. “3 Bedroom Villa for Sale in Marbella”, “2,400 m² Finca
for Sale in Ronda”). Prefer your own wording? Switch to a custom pattern with
click-to-insert tags and optional [ ] parts that disappear when empty, so one
   pattern fits a mixed catalogue.
 * New: map yes/no columns — pool, new build, garden, and the like — as features
   or labels. Common ones are detected automatically and named after the column;
rename any that don’t read well, right on the mapping row.
 * Fixed: Kyero and other European feeds now keep sizes in square metres instead
of defaulting to square feet, and “sale”/”rent” values import as “For Sale”/”
For Rent” rather than the raw word.
 * Changed: importing stays free — CSV, XML, live feeds (Kyero, Resales-Online,
Property Finder, BLM) and site-to-site all run on this site at no cost. The CRM
and MLS API sources (Pixxi, Property Finder Enterprise API, and US MLS via RESO)
now require a connected ListingPress account on a paid plan, and scheduled auto-
   sync remains a paid feature.

#### 1.21.1

 * The entry paid plan is now called “Autopilot” (was “Auto Sync”). Display-name
   only — no functional change.

#### 1.21.0

 * New: the import source picker now shows the CRM & MLS API sources too — Pixxi,
Property Finder (Enterprise API) and US MLS via the RESO Web API (MLS Grid, Trestle,
Spark, Bridge). Each is marked with a badge and, when you pick it, explains how
to connect a free ListingPress account to import straight from that API (your
credentials stay in ListingPress). File, feed and site-to-site imports still
run on this site with no account.

#### 1.20.1

 * Plugin page: the “See it in action” walkthrough now shows as a clickable link
in the in-dashboard plugin browser (not only as an embed on wordpress.org), and
the plugin author now links to listingpress.io. No functional changes.

#### 1.20.0

 * New: import listings from US MLS systems over the RESO Web API. One source covers
MLS Grid, Trestle (CoreLogic), Spark and Bridge — pick your provider, paste the
base URL and your access token (or OAuth client ID/secret for Trestle), and listings
are pulled and mapped automatically (price, beds/baths, size, lot, address, coordinates,
photos and features) using the RESO Data Dictionary. Includes the same optional“
match types & statuses to existing terms” preview as the other API sources. (
Access to an MLS requires a data agreement with that MLS.)

#### 1.19.0

 * New: when importing from an API source (Pixxi or Property Finder), you can now
preview a live sample and match each property type and status to a term that
already exists on your site — so imports reuse your existing terms instead of
creating near-duplicates (e.g. “APARTMENT” mapping to your existing “Apartment”).
Mapping is optional; skip it and values are created exactly as the API sends
them. Your choices are saved and reused on scheduled runs.

#### 1.18.0

 * Fixed: importing from a site (or feed) after the source address was entered a
slightly different way — with or without a trailing slash, www, or http vs https—
could re-import the whole catalog as duplicates instead of updating the existing
listings. The source address is now matched in a normalized form, so re-runs
correctly update. A one-time cleanup on update also re-links any duplicates left
by this issue so the built-in “Duplicate cleanup” tool can remove them.
 * New: scheduled re-imports now skip listings whose source hasn’t changed since
the last run — no wasted database writes, taxonomy or image work — so recurring
auto-sync is much faster and far lighter on your hosting. Only listings that
   actually changed are updated.
 * New: site-to-site migrations now carry over custom Houzez fields (created in
Houzez Fields Builder), including multi-value checkbox and multi-select fields—
not just the standard property fields. The custom fields themselves are recreated
on the destination site automatically, so the imported values display right away
with no manual re-setup (existing fields are never overwritten).
 * New: CSV/XML/feed columns can now be mapped straight into your Houzez Fields
Builder custom fields from the import wizard.
 * Improved: the plan comparison now shows all three tiers — Free, Auto Sync and
Pro — including which include scheduled automatic syncing.
 * New: WpResidence is now fully supported as both a destination and a source. Feed/
CSV/XML imports publish native WpResidence properties (price, beds/baths, size,
land, energy, map, gallery, video and taxonomies), and site-to-site migration
can move listings from a WpResidence site into Houzez (or another WpResidence
site) — install the plugin on both sites and point the importer at the source.

#### 1.17.0

 * New: site-to-site migration from a RealHomes site into Houzez. The source site’s
RealHomes fields (price, size, plot, beds/baths, garage, year, energy, address,
map, type/status/city, features and the photo gallery) are read natively and
published as Houzez properties. Install the plugin on both sites, generate the
key on the RealHomes site, and point the Houzez site’s importer at it.

#### 1.16.0

 * Fixed: feed and file imports no longer freeze after the first few properties
on hosts where WordPress’s background scheduler (WP-Cron) is disabled or blocked—
a very common setup. Imports now drain reliably while the import screen is open,
with no dependence on background cron.
 * New: feed, CSV and XML imports now publish native properties on RealHomes and
WpResidence too — previously only Houzez received the full data. The active theme
is detected automatically. RealHomes now also receives year built, plot/lot size
   and energy rating.
 * New: energy rating / class is now imported (Kyero/REDSP feeds) to Houzez and
   RealHomes.
 * New: one-click preset for REDSP v4 feeds (redsp.net), including its nested address/
size fields and its on/off amenity flags, which are turned into readable property
   features.
 * Improved: Kyero / REDSP v3 feeds now map the feed’s own multilingual title and
postal code when present, and default to metric (m²) sizes.

#### 1.15.6

 * Fixed: uploading an XML (or occasionally a CSV) file could be rejected with “
Sorry, you are not allowed to upload this file type,” because WordPress mis-detects
the file’s type. Import uploads now accept .csv/.xml reliably.

#### 1.15.5

 * Fixed: Start and Continue now respond instantly. They previously waited for a
whole batch of properties to finish before the screen could update, so the button
looked like it had done nothing while the import was already running.

#### 1.15.4

 * Fixed: on sites with a page cache (LiteSpeed and similar), the import screen
could be served a cached status — so a stopped import still looked like it was
running and you had to clear the cache to see the truth. The plugin’s own requests
   are now excluded from caching.

#### 1.15.3

 * Fixed: Stop is now recorded separately from the import’s progress, so a batch
still finishing can no longer undo it — a stopped import stays stopped through
page refreshes and background runs. Also fixed a stale “Import stopped at…” message
showing while an import was running.

#### 1.15.2

 * Fixed: a stopped import could restart itself. Stopping is now final — only you
can resume it, with Continue. Automatic resuming and scheduled runs leave a stopped
   import alone.

#### 1.15.1

 * Fixed: “Stop” now reliably halts an auto-running import. A batch that was already
in progress could previously overwrite the stopped state and resume itself; it
now checks for a stop before continuing.

#### 1.15.0

 * Imports now run all the way to the end on their own — no more pausing every 20
properties and clicking “Continue”. The progress screen updates live until the
import finishes, and an import that was mid-way resumes automatically.

#### 1.14.0

 * Re-imports now respect your manual changes: a listing you set to draft stays
draft (its status is never forced back to published), and a listing you delete
is remembered and never silently re-created on a later import. Restoring a listing
from Trash re-enables syncing for it.

#### 1.13.2

 * New: a “Duplicate cleanup” tool on the Property Import screen removes extra copies
of the same property left by earlier imports (keeping the original of each),
right from the browser — no technical access needed. Manually-created listings
   are never touched.

#### 1.13.1

 * Fixed: a single import lock now prevents overlapping import passes, which could
otherwise import the same property more than once when the runner was triggered
   from several places at once.

#### 1.13.0

 * Imported photos now get SEO alt text automatically — the source image’s own alt
on site-to-site imports, or a clean description built from the property title
on every other source. Existing alt text is never overwritten, and image captions/
descriptions are copied from the source when present.

#### 1.12.0

 * First public release.
 * Import property listings from CSV or XML files, live XML feeds (Kyero, Resales-
Online, Property Finder and other formats — auto-detected), or another WordPress
   site.
 * Automatic field mapping, published as native Houzez, RealHomes and WPResidence
properties, with a clean fallback on any other theme.
 * Imports run in background batches to stay gentle on shared hosting; source sites
   are read-only.
 * Optional AI-rewritten, duplicate-free descriptions and buyer lead-capture pages
   via a free ListingPress account.
