the idea of the plugin from this post
bascally the plugin generats two functions you can use them in your theme
the functions are:
1. comments_number_ar(โูุง ุชูุฌุฏ ุชุนูููุงุชโ, โุชุนููู ูุงุญุฏโ, โุชุนูููุงูโ, โ% ุชุนูููุงุชโ, โ% ุชุนูููโ );
2. comments_popup_link_ar(โูุง ุชูุฌุฏ ุชุนูููุงุชโ, โุชุนููู ูุงุญุฏโ, โุชุนูููุงูโ, โ% ุชุนูููุงุชโ, โ% ุชุนูููโ );
the functions are similar to functions comments_number () and comments_popup_link ()
I just edit them to be correct with Arabic grammare.
